We took this house plan and gave it character by adding beautiful stone work, warm exterior colors, and stamped driveway(s).  We took what you would call a "typical" spec home, and formed it into an inviting atmosphere for home owners and guests.

Gated communities allow a feeling of security and offer a class-act style of living.  As Co-Founder of the first gated communities in the area, we took the typical development and went above and beyond giving the area a "new" standard of living, which provided our company with an extensive background and exceptional knowledge of this type of development . 

The founder of Missouri Land Company had the pleasure to participate in building this exquisite modern home.  Overlooking a 20-acre lake, this lake home stands out as one of the top homes in the development.  Giving the home a twist to the standard look, while keeping a standard of "Energy Efficiency" and "Quality" as a top priority, we are proud to add this home to our portfolio collection. 

This home was for a couple who was planning on moving to the Farmington area within three months.  With the couple living hundreds of miles away, we were able to use our technology programs to work hand in hand with them to make sure the process of building went as smooth as possible.  Though 90 days were allowed to complete the home, we were able to build this particular home in two months, and had it ready for move-in, when unexpected plans caused them to move to the area sooner than scheduled.  The couple stayed in the home the first night in town, and has called it "Home" ever since. 

The Missouri Land Company founders co-developed a natural breathtaking area into what is now called "Buzzard Rock Lake."  Now, 21 home and lot owners get to enjoy this 20 Acre stocked lake directly from beaches in their back yards or common ground areas.  The idea behind the development was to utilize the natural resources in place, and allow more families to enjoy a vacation style home all year around.

The founders of Missouri Land Company had the greatest privilege to participate in the building of this home.  The home owner had exceptional taste, and was able to capture exceptional detail in every square inch of the home which made the building process so enjoyable.

Ft., including the finished basement, spec home was built with the intention of standing out from all of the "normal" spec homes currently on the market.  Let us just say, this house turned out better than we could ever imagine!  We were able to give this house a million-dollar look, at an affordable price.  This 4 bedroom/3 bath home with open floor plan, hardwood floors, theatre room, jacuzzi master bath and walk-in closets, is reasonably priced at $189,900.

Missouri Land Company's commercial division consists of many commercial properties, ranging from strip malls to single building structures.  Missouri Land Company founders were actively involved in the development of the Maple Valley District of Farmington Missouri, which brought on the "boom" of shopping, dining, workforce,and medical offices, to the area. 

The history of Missouri Land Company consists of many senior living projects.  Bringing the first "55+ Active Lifestyle" community to the area was just the beginning for the developers.  This lead to many new thoughts and ideas that was later used to develop other structures to fit the needs of many seniors, whether it was a luxury custom home in a senior community, or a small handicap accessible apartment for one, in a senior apartment complex.
